Communications/ Dispatch Center
We operate a 24-hour Dispatch Center, in order to ensure that our customer’s needs are always answered and that all of our staff has immediate contact with our offices, and in order to provide the ultimate client services possible. Our Dispatch Center is a state-of-the-art facility, customer answering services, and two-way radio communications which allow us to communicate with each and every employee in the field. We believe that nothing is more important than the safety of our employees, and have invested considerably to ensure that we are always able to reach, and if necessary, find our staff if an emergency occurs.
Additionally, our Patrol Division is able to communicate and receive information directly from our Dispatch Center through their Mobile Data Terminals (MDTs) , and receive real-time updates on any call received from our dispatchers.
